I have sent an email to support.... one of things they said about moving is we would have 100% up time..lol so much for that I guess. They say that to everyone when they make the moves...and they tell little fibs. Oh well, it comes with the territory. It will all work out for the better! The sales people do tend to over promise and under deliver.

I have seen them do it and I don't know all tech work that has to take place, but I do get irritated when they make a promise they can't keep. ( like a car salesman) LOL

( like a car salesman) LOL When I was working on my degree my computer networking instructor advised us, when reading specifications from a vendor to always subtract 10% to get the actual the performance specs.

I have seen them do it and I don't know all tech work that has to take place, but I do get irritated when they make a promise they can't keep. ( like a car salesman) LOL They should always allow a percentage for error, it would make them look better when there is a mistake. Good business to cover your backside.. just my opinion. Always told my children " will not promise because something may happen to cause me not to fill the promise" ..that covered me.
