Thanks Febbs...is this just for medicaid/medicare or ALL health plans nationwide? I'm having an issue now with a health plan given to us through my husband union...and it's a horrible, awful plan with copays dependant on where the doctor sits in this tier Cigna puts them..if they are at the top tier, only a ten dollar copay...if they sit on the bottom tier, thirty dollar copay. The union should have put another plan in effect that was comparable to what we had with Empire BC/BS...these staggered copays along with this tier plan is unethical, IMO...and should be dismantled..one copay for any and all doctors, is how it should be..but what do I know, I'm only a consumer...

This is all insurance that if past, will affect even the employer. If a consumer(ha) doesnot except what the employer offers...they will get penalized. I have Medicare and supplement which in my case is good..still have to pay for it each month. Medicare B you have to pay and the additional insurance which will cover the co payment. It all comes down to "we the people" are tax and insurance to the last breath. I could live a better life if I could get those two off my back. I support them all year and gov't will not let me claim them on my taxes!

Hunch: Health care law will be struck down as unconstitutional and entirely unenforceable.
